We’re currently experiencing a high volume of enquiry as a result of the Government response to COVID-19. Callers to the Contact Centre might experience longer wait times than usual. Thank you for your patience.
Your initial appointment with one of our financial advisers is complementary and without obligation. This gives you the opportunity to make sure you are comfortable with your adviser and the process.
During your first session one of our experienced financial advisers will ask you about your financial objectives, the type of advice you'll need, and provide a quote on the cost should you decide to proceed with a tailored financial plan.
Financial advice is charged on a fee-for-advice basis. Your adviser will let you know what the fee will be before you agree to go ahead.
Energy Super’s financial advisory service is provided by ESI Financial Services (ESI FS) a wholly owned entity of Energy Super.
How are our advisers paid?
Our financial advisers are salaried employees of ESI Financial Services who may receive an additional pay based on their contribution to the overall performance of ESI FS. This performance related pay is determined by a combination of revenue and other non-financial measures that relate to compliance, contribution to the company's objectives, and the quality of service.
ESIFS advisers don't receive commissions for their advice services.
