The Trustee of Energy Super, Electricity Supply Industry Superannuation (Qld) Ltd (ABN 30 069 634 439) (AFSL 336567), has appointed ESI Financial Services Pty Ltd (ESIFS) (ABN 93 101 428 782) (AFSL 224952) to provide Energy Super’s contact centre operations, financial advisory services and member education services.
Our contact centre offers a member helpline service that provides you with factual information and general financial product advice to help answer any questions you may have about Fund benefits and related products.
Our financial advisory services include providing general and personal financial product advice on Energy Super products at no additional cost. We also offer advice on retirement planning and non-superannuation wealth creation strategies. Our personal advice is tailored to your particular circumstances, needs and goals. A fee is charged for this level of service.
Our member education services include face-to-face seminars, web-based information and presentations, online education tools and provide fund members with factual information and general financial product advice on superannuation matters, and other financial areas.
ESIFS is licensed to provide advice on and deal in the following financial products:
Government debentures, stocks and bonds
Investment life insurance products
Life insurance risk products
Managed investment schemes
Standard Margin Lending products
Retirement savings account products
ESIFS is a wholly owned entity of the Electricity Supply Industry Superannuation (Qld) Ltd (ABN 30 069 634 439 AFSL 336567) the Trustee of Energy Super. ESIFS is paid fees by the Trustee of Energy Super for providing the services detailed above.
ESIFS may also have associations with other superannuation funds, who may appoint ESIFS to provide financial advice to their members. These associations can change from time-to-time.
