    Skills and experience: Robyn has over 20 year's experience in superannuation management.  Including her current position as CEO, Robyn has held various senior positions for both Australian and overseas financial services companies responsible for compliance, operations, administration and strategy.

    Robyn is a Director of the Fund Executives Association(FEAL), a past Director of the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees (AIST) and is actively involved in sub-committees of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA).

    She has vast experience in all facets of the superannuation industry, including governance, risk management, operations and investment management.  She has been heavily involved in strategy planning and managing the implementation and has significant change management skills.

    At Energy Super, she has driven the continued growth, product development and performance of the fund, which today has more than $7 billion in funds under management and over 47,000 members. This includes playing an integral role in Energy Super’s formation from the merger of ESI Super and SPEC Super in 2011.

    She was also awarded FEAL's 2013 Fund Executive of the Year, CEO Magazine's 2013 Financial Services Executive of the Year; and Queensland Finalist for the 2014 Telstra Business Women's Awards.

    Phil Hagen

    Qualifications: Bachelor of Accounting, CPA

    Skills and experience: Phillip commenced his role as the CFO with Energy Super, in early 2007 and took on the additional role of Fund Secretary in 2011.

    Phillip’s oversight responsibilities include information technology, compliance, corporate administration and finance.

    Prior to his position at Energy Super, Phillip was the CFO at DSTC, an Information Technology research and development organisation, where his focus was on the commercialisation of the intellectual property developed by the company.

    Phillip also spent 4 years as an executive in research and development with the Australian National Audit Office. Before this appointment he was with the Commonwealth Department of Finance for five years in a number of various roles.

    Hamish McKellar

    Qualifications: LLB, BA (French & Japanese), Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, GAICD

    Appointed: 17/12/2019 - Current

    Skills and Experience: Hamish has 23 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer and company secretary, including 15 years in financial services across funds management, life and general insurance, banking and superannuation as well as roles in aviation, manufacturing and international trade.

    Hamish is responsible for Energy Super’s legal, governance, risk & compliance and internal audit functions.

    Kevin Wan Lum

    Qualifications: Bachelor of Business (Finance and Accounting), RG146

    Appointed: 17/04/2019 - Current

    Skills and Experience: Kevin leads the Investment team at Energy Super who are responsible for working with and implementing the investment strategy on behalf of the Trustee, focused on delivering strong long term performance for Members.

    Kevin has more than 20 years’ investment management experience in Australia and overseas. His most recent roles include Head of Real Assets and Alternatives, Senior Portfolio Manager and Acting Chief Investment Officer for VicSuper, Portfolio Manager Equities and Property with Ibbotson, and Portfolio Manager, Implemented Solutions at QIC.

    In 2016, Kevin was awarded the AIST (Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees) Investment Rising Star Award which recognises the demonstration of leadership and innovation through the investment process with the members best interest being at the forefront of the decision making.

    Michael’s previous roles include Group Strategy Manager at QSuper, Financial Planning Manager Commonwealth Bank and General Manager at Premium Private Wealth.

    Lisa is a dynamic leader who creates an environment for staff to develop their skills while delivering excellent results back to the business.  She has a healthy obsession with customer experience and focuses on delivering outstanding service to every member of Energy Super.  She is innovative and uses her diverse skillset to improve member outcomes with every interaction.

Sean is passionate about understanding customers and developing products and services utilising human centred design frameworks.
