All members of the fund, as long as you have already registered for Member Portal via the website.

Members can set-up a 4-digit PIN for easy access - no more having to remember your member number and password just to view your balance.

Is there a cost to download the app?
No, the app is free to download from both the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
Is the data ‘real-time’?
Yes, your estimated account balance, transaction information and insurance details are in real time.
What device does the app run on?
Apple iPhone and Android smart phones. Unfortunately Windows-based devices aren't currently supported.
What happens if my device is stolen – will someone be able to access my account?
Another person would need your log in details (Member number/Username and password) in order to access your account. You should call the contact centre in the event your device is lost or stolen so we can reset your password as an added level of security.
What happens when I buy a new phone?
You will need to download the Energy Super app and set up a 4-digit PIN code again.
